De Cecco Gnocchetti sardi, No.83

Gnocchetti sardi are spindle-shaped, averaging 7 mm in width and approximately 22 mm in length. The geographical origin of this shape is unknown. Served with ricotta or pecorino cheese, gnocchetti sardi are particularly delicious; however, they can also be served with tomato or meat sauces.
