The pappardelle are originally from the central and southern regions of Italy and belong to the family of long formats. They have a typical flat shape and are between 11 and 15 mm wide. Pappardelle tastes best with venison and venison sauces. But they are also recommended to tomato or cheese sauces, and generally to creamy sauces that spread well over the entire surface of the noodle.
