ORIZABA LACTEE - The Grand Cru milk chocolate - is a melt-in-the-mouth pleasure. The mixture of Latin American cocoa beans has a special character. Like fresh high-mountain milk, ORIZABA LACTEE is delicately mild, with an extraordinary melt and characterized by intense, long-lasting milk notes. It contains 39% cocoa, 34% sugar, 26% milk, with a total fat content of 41% and is suitable for all uses. Callets are reminiscent of small chocolate drops and are ideal when only a small part of chocolate is to be melted, as they are optimally portioned.
