These chocolates are the purest sin. Best Piedmont hazelnuts mashed with dark chocolate. Tartuflanghe only uses the hazelnut variety Tonda Gentile delle Langhe for the Dolce dAlba, with the protected designation of origin IGT. It is cultivated in the area around Cortemilia, in south-western Piedmont. Tartuflanghe truffle pralines are also available with white chocolate, real black summer truffles, amaretto-almond flavored or coffee-cocoa bean praline. Absolutely delicious and a nice gift idea! A chocolate weighs about 14g. Absolutely delicious!
