The furore Alpenkäse with 45% FiT is handcrafted in selected Bregenzerwald village alpine dairies over 700 meters above sea level. This tradition guarantees the originality and naturalness of the product. The furore alpine cheese achieves its incomparable taste and smoothness through at least 8 months of maturing in the cheese cellar. The loaves are stored under the same conditions and are carefully tended and turned by hand. furore Alpenkäse is a hard cheese made from controlled, silo-free raw milk and impresses with its excellent, tangy taste, which comes from the young grass with the many tangy alpine herbs from the Bregenzerwald highlands and the long maturing process.
