From the Smooth series by Callebaut: dark, pleasantly sweet and ideally suited in combination with sour and bitter components. They are reminiscent of small chocolate drops and are ideal if only a small portion of chocolate is to be melted, since they are optimally portionable. When melted, they can be used to coat desserts and chocolates and to decorate. The chocolate callets consist of: sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, soy lecithin and bourbon vanilla.
