The cocoa for Callebaut Origine chocolates comes from regions of the traditional cocoa countries on the equatorial belt. Arriba was found in northwestern Ecuador on the extremely rare Cacao Nacional - a Forastero variety. The highly aromatic cocoa forms the basis for this fine milk chocolate mixture with 39% cocoa and 25% milk. It is mild, extremely creamy in taste, then with velvety texture and rich impressions, also of yogurt. Fine vanilla finish with almond and hazelnut accents. Use: for glazes, for decorating and flavoring and for filling chocolates.
