Guad-Lay has an intense golden-green color. Its aroma is reminiscent of grass with notes of thyme, boxwood, fresh mint, and fennel, underscored by fig leaf aromas. On the palate, the extra virgin olive oil is initially sweet, then develops grassy and spicy notes, culminating in a fruity finish. Aceites Guadalentin produces the finest extra virgin olive oil from the Picual olive. The olives come from the Andalusian province of Jaen, a unique cultural landscape dominated by olive tree plantations and considered the largest olive-growing region in the world. Guadalentin olive oils are cold-pressed under temperature-controlled conditions and undergo numerous quality tests.
