Ingredients
Sushi rice Japanese style. Rice. Preparation: Mix 500g of Haruka rice and 750ml of water in a medium saucepan and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and cook with lid for about 20 minutes until all the liquid has boiled over. Remove the pot from the stove and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Provides about 1200 g of cooked rice. Attention: If you are using an electric rice cooker, add 500 g of Haruka rice and 750 ml of water to the rice cooker and continue according to the instructions of the rice cooker. Store in a dry place. Made in Italy.
