Ingredients
Short-grain rice. Rice. Cooking Recipe: In a medium saucepan, mix 1 cup of YumeNishiki rice and 1.5 cups of water and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and cook with lid for about 20 minutes until all the liquid has boiled over. Remove the pot from the stove and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Makes about 2.5 cups of cooked rice. Attention: if you use an electric rice cooker, then add a cup of YumeNishiki rice and 1.5 cups of water to the rice cooker and continue according to the instructions of the rice cooker. Store in a dry place. Made in Italy.
