Sha shao Pao is a dim sum with pork. This dim sum is prepared by steaming for 5 minutes. They are not boiled in water because they would soak and dissolve. The consistency is reminiscent of steamed noodles and if you upgrade the pork filling with some fresh vegetables or a little mango chutney, you get a great result.
