Lentil flour patties for baking. Urid lentil flour, rice flour, cumin, table salt, raising agent: sodium carbonate E500, coconut oil. Preparation: Pappadums in sufficient oil, deep-fry for 3-4 seconds, do not turn over! Drain on kitchen paper and serve warm. Fry the pappadum individually for 2-3 seconds until they rise.
