Pappadums are thin, chip-like crackers made from lentil flour and come from India. They are prepared according to a traditional Indian recipe and dried in the sun. Pappadums taste great as a snack with chutney or pickles or as a side dish with salads and main meals. They are baked in hot fat for 2-3 seconds, immediately rising. The pappadums should not turn brown and drip on crepe paper after frying. This product is not seasoned.
