Wheat was first peeled and steamed for this light bulgur. After drying by a special process, it was crushed. Bulgur is often used in Middle Eastern cuisine for vegetarian dishes like tabbouleh. It is rich in nutritional values and also ideal for salads and soups. Bulgur tastes like hazelnuts. The cooking time is approx. 12 minutes.
