The French specialist for sourced CHRIST works in the 3rd generation as a family business. Experience with cornichons has been there for over 50 years. The small gherkins harvested by hand are carefully picked and put into a fine vinegar - seasoned with mustard seeds, coriander, pearl onions and tarragon. Cornichons are ideal for salads, sandwiches and as a crispy sour side dish to cold and warm meat and sausage products.
