White pepper is obtained from fully ripe red fruits from which, by soaking, the pericarp is removed and only the kernel is dried. Its taste is more peppery than black pepper because it lacks the aromatic substances from the outer berry shell. White pepper is ideal for seasoning white meat, poultry, light sauces, fricassees, mayonnaise, cauliflower or potato dishes. This pepper is ground and ideal for bulk consumers.
