Thanks to a specially developed production process, GEGENBAUER lemongrass produces its unique vinegar. The vinegar fermentation takes place under controlled fermentation, whereby the temperature and oxygen supply are constantly monitored in order to give the vinegar bacteria optimal living conditions. Thus, one of the conditions is given to achieve high quality. After the end of fermentation, the young vinegar is stored for a long period of time before it is offered to the consumer in its natural state, unfiltered and unpasteurised. This lemongrass vinegar is of high intensity, that you should treat it rather sparingly when seasoning, unless you want a strong lemon flavor.
