A balsamic vinegar made from grapes from the Trockenbeerenauslese prefecture. With the extremely valuable juice of these grapes, the typical balsamic vinegar-typical Einkochen completely unnecessary, because the concentration of flavors and fragrances was already extremely natural on the vine to the maximum extent. The wines come exclusively from the collection of the internationally awarded winemaker Alois Kracher. The wine vinegar is brighter than Aceto Balsamico, but its flavoring is livelier than most balsamic vinegars know it to be. It goes well with seafood, all sorts of dishes with Eastern accents, mediterranean salads, and noble spices for dark funds and sauces.
