Gölles Paradeiser vinegar - tomato vinegar, 5% acidity

This tomato vinegar is a rarity and the fine result of a cooperation in the sense of preserving culinary values. With seeds from the archives of Noah`s Ark in Schiltern, Erich Strekovics has reissued more than 1,200 long forgotten tomato varieties. Under the sun of Burgenland`s Seewinkel, the fruits have ripened to perfect flavor. Gently pressed, a sap of ideal sweet and sour play forms the basis for a great vinegar with the dazzling aroma of truly tasty tomatoes.
