The white balsamic vinegar is fermented from full-bodied Grüner Veltliner and bottled without prior cask aging. This balsamic vinegar is therefore bright in color and gives delicate and light dishes a fine spiciness, without affecting their appearance. The pure scent and taste of white balm ennobles dishes with its elegant acidity and a hint of fruity sweetness. It is ideal for seasoning light sauces for poultry, fish or crustaceans, and also for preparing spicy salads with asparagus, kohlrabi, radish or sprouts. With the white balsamic vinegar, Asian dishes can be completed as well.
