Oliva Verde is the product of hand-picked olives. It was not filtered. Each of these oils is single-variety, which means that only one, the noblest variety of olives in the respective region, is used. Characteristic of such oils is the strong smell and the fruity freshness. This Oliva Verde is made from 100% Nocellara olives and comes from Sicily (Italy). It has a rich, green-golden color, a strong fragrance and a delicately nutty, fresh aroma of green bananas. It can be optimally mixed with water and is ideal for pasta and sauces.
