One of the gourmet praised butter. Beurre dIsigny, demi sel - lightly salted, 2%. The cream of this butter comes only from cows from the Isgny region. An Appellation DOrigine Controlee Butter. To make butter, cream is whipped until the butter fat settles. Salt is added to keep it longer.
