The freeze-dried fruits (100% natural) of the new Lyo Sabores line by Albert and Ferran Adria can be used directly in sweet and savory dishes (salads, ice cream, desserts, etc.) or, for example, in the manufacture of pralines or pastries, but also soaked to achieve the texture or softness desired for other applications. On their own or mixed with milk/yoghurt, they are also ideal for snacking between meals.
