Pure plum juice as 100% juice. For this juice only house plums are pressed, which was valued by our grandmothers because of their intensive taste for baking, for awakening or as a frying accessory. The fruits come from old orchards on the Lower Rhine and in the Münsterland, where the up to 60-year-old trees develop particularly aromatic fruits. Fruit processing has a long tradition in the cider mill and private winery van Nahmen in Rheinisches Hamminkeln. The juice is deprived of nothing and nothing added: no preservatives, no flavorings. Particular attention is paid to the use of old fruit varieties and thus to the preservation of traditional, endangered cultivars.
