Quince nectar with 85% juice content. The direct juice for this nectar is obtained from Constantinople apple quince and individual Portuguese pear quinces, which are harvested from up to 60-year-old trees on the Lower Rhine and in the Münsterland. The almost forgotten variety of fruit celebrates today a triumphant return to the top gastronomy due to its beguiling and multi-faceted flavor. Fruit processing has a long tradition in the cider mill and private winery van Nahmen in Rheinisches Hamminkeln. The juice is deprived of nothing and nothing added: no preservatives, no flavorings. Particular attention is paid to the use of old fruit varieties and thus to the preservation of traditional, endangered cultivars.
