Boiron Orange Puree (Orange amere), with 15% bitter orange, unsweetened

The combination of bitter orange from Spain and a yellow-blonde orange gives this fruit puree a lasting taste and a wealth of aromatic notes. The bitterness of one is combined with the acidity and sweetness of others to create an original and balanced taste experience. This citrus pulp owes its meaty consistency to its preparation, because it crushes the whole, peeled fruit. It works wonderfully and is very versatile. In order not to limit the possibilities of use, we have renounced the addition of sugar. It is not only great for ice cream, sorbets, mousses, cold dishes, chocolate recipes, cocktails, but also great for soaking biscuit floors and poaching fruit.
