A special spice for all types of legumes. Ingredients: onion, turmeric, garlic, coriander, cumin, black Pepper, mustard seeds, fenugreek, cinnamon blossoms, long pepper, celery seed, green fennel seed, asafoetida asante, cloves, ajwain, cardamom, coriander leaf, bay leaf, mint. Recipe: 300g small green lentils with 2 tablespoons of Masoor Dal Masala and 1 L of poultry or greens. Finally juice of a ripe lime and 40g browned butter on it.
