Up to 30m high, the evergreen leather-covered Leatherwood trees reach the Tasmania National Park. During the 6-week costume, the bees collect the nectar from the white flowers. The Leatherwood honey is one of the most aromatic and full-bodied honeys. The aroma is reminiscent of the exotic floral scent of tropical rainforests. A rarity for honey connoisseurs.
