Sweet spread in the English style, with lemon juice, vegetable fat and egg. A classic for breakfast and afternoon tea. The name Chivers stands since 1873 for original English jam and jelly. The starting point for the founding of the jam production was the family-owned orchards, built in 1805, near Cambridge. From 1885, during the harvest-free period, Spanish oranges from Seville were imported and one of the most typical English products was created - the orange jam.
