Sugar, WHEAT flour, starch (WHEAT, rice), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids E471, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids E475; Raising agent: disodium diphosphate E450, sodium bicarbonate E500, dried glucose syrup, salt, flavoring, coloring plant extract. Application: 1 kg biscuit powder, 0.75 kg whole egg, 0.05 kg water Mix all ingredients for about 10 minutes at high speed and continue processing. Store cool and dry. German product.
