Ingredients

Knead vigorously and for a long time. Approximately Covered for 1.5 hours. Work surface and hands well. Take the dough out of the bowl and make two equal loaves. Let rest for 15 minutes. Put on greased sheet or baking paper. If necessary, grind loaves and cut deep. Bake in preheated oven at 250 ° C for 15 minutes, then return to 200 ° C and bake for another 45 minutes.
