Ingredients
Pre-mix for the production of spelled bread with the addition of yeast and water. DINKELMEHL, SPARKLING, sunflower seeds, SESAM, linseed, iodised salt. Preparation: Bake mixture with approx. 640 ml lukewarm water and 1/2 cube yeast (or 1 P. dry yeast) strong and knead for a long time. Approximately Covered for 1.5 hours. Work surface and hands well. Take the dough out of the bowl and make two equal loaves. Let rest for 15 minutes. Put on greased sheet or baking paper. If necessary, grind loaves and cut deep. Bake in preheated oven at + 250C for 15 minutes, then set to + 200C and bake for another 50 minutes (top / bottom heat). Each oven bakes differently, so the baking time can vary (+/- 5 minutes). Store cool and dry. Product from Germany.
