Baking instructions: You need an additional 1/2 cube of yeast or 1 pack of dried yeast and water. Bake mixture with approx. 650 ml of lukewarm water and 1/2 cube of yeast (or 1 packet of dry yeast). Knead vigorously and for a long time. Approximately Covered for 1.5 hours. Work surface and hands well. Take the dough out of the bowl and make two equal loaves. Let rest for 15 minutes. Put on greased sheet or baking paper. Cut loaves deep. Bake in preheated oven at 250 ° C for 10 minutes, then return to 200 ° C and bake for another 50 minutes.
