Antoniewicz - Tomato Serum Push, liquid concentrate

This tomato serum is completely new and is made as a concentrate from perfectly ripened and gently reduced tomatoes. The natural glutamic acids contained in tomatoes are highly concentrated. The tomato serum Push enhances the taste of the basic products with its fresh, sour and intense tomato note and rounds off dishes. This eliminates the need to spend hours reducing tomato sauce. Dosage: a few drops are enough (0.4 - 1.2%), e.g. 1 teaspoon of tomato serum is sufficient to round off 1 liter of broth. Applications: Perfect with pasta, dark and light sauces, salad, vegetables and soups - bound or clear.
