Glice is composed of monoglycerides derived from fats and made from glycerin and fatty acids. Glice has a high stability as an emulsifier that can integrate an aqueous medium into an oily medium. Glice is oil-like, meaning it must first be broken down with a fatty ingredient before being added to an aqueous ingredient. Properties: flake-like and oil-soluble at a temperature of 60°C. The mixture of oil and Glice must be slowly introduced into water or aqueous ingredients so that emulsification can occur.
