SAGA cooking parchment is designed for the more demanding cooking applications. The grease density, release property and wet behavior are particularly good with this cooking parchment. It is siliconized on both sides, ie provided with a special non-stick coating, and thus has a high non-stick effect. Due to the high heat resistance, it can be used up to max. 220 ° C to 250 ° C. Vegetables, fish or meat can be gently steamed in the saga parchment or cooked in a water bath, so that all vitamins, minerals and aromas are preserved. It can be used to lay out casserole dishes, which reduces the need for rinsing, and is also ideal for freezing food. You can even use it to roll sushi.
