DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA, water, 3.41% WHEAT GERM, 0.43% concentrated lemon juice powder (equivalent to 12.5g lemon per 1kg semolina), 0.43% black pepper, 0.43% natural lemon flavour. Store in a cool, dry place. Cooking time: 6 - 7 minutes. Italian product.
