The products of the antique noodle factory Morelli are unique in their art. Their secret lies in an ingredient that is not found in ordinary noodles. It is the wheat germ, the heart of the grain. This fine, original Italian and artisan pasta from San Romano (Pisa) is dispensed with any preservatives and dyes. The dough is rolled by hand and dried for 36 hours at low temperature.

Pasta made of durum wheat semolina and porcini mushroom. DURUM WHEAT, water, EGGS, 3.1% WHEAT TIME, 0.78% concentrated mushroom extract (Boletus edulis) [equivalent to 50g boletus for 1 kg], natural seasoning. Cooking time 6 - 7 minutes. Store cool and dry. Italian product.
