The products of the antique pasta manufacturer Morelli are unique in their type; their secret lies in an ingredient that is not found in ordinary pasta. It is the wheat germ, the heart of the grain. It is rich in vitamins and vegetable proteins. With this noble, original Italian and handcrafted pasta from San Romano (Pisa), no preservatives or colors are used. The dough is rolled by hand and dried at low temperature for 36 hours.
