The Oro San Carlos olive oil is a haute cuisine oil with a maximum of 0.1% acidity. The olives for the cuvee made from Arbequina and Carnicabra olives are harvested in mid-October. The green-fruity taste is complemented by ripe notes - the pleasant intensity makes the oil very complex and therefore appealing. There are also notes of apples and bananas. On the palate, there is a hint of bitterness and spicy notes. Excellent for non-cooked dishes and salad creations. Pago Baldio`s San Carlos olive oils have received multiple awards and are used by numerous 3-star chefs around the world.
