Karuthin E is a sugar substitute that serves as a preservative for marzipan. The product is intended for commercial use only and not for retail sale. Contains 70% sorbitol (E-420). In diabetics, there may be a slight increase in sugar levels. Prevents the recrystallization of sugar eg in ganache. Karuthin E is heat resistant. Has a slightly dissipative effect on large quantities.
