Barley malt extract, dried and powdered. BARLEY malt extract. Dosage: Bread: 0.5 - 2% on flour / meal or 6 - 25g on 1 liter of feed. Rolls: 0,5 - 1,5% on flour or 6 - 19g on 1 l feed. Application: Can be used in all baked goods with rye content to promote the crumb tan in bread and rolls and to round off the pastry flavor. Note: If the crumb tan is changed by malt extract, this is to be indicated by the note crumb tinted with malt extract on packaged and unpackaged bakery products. Store cool and dry.
