This Balsamo di Arancia is also obtained using the typical balsamic vinegar production process, whereby a mixture of grape must, orange juice and wine vinegar, like the usual grape juice, matures in wooden barrels and develops its very own characteristics. The condiment enriches a wide variety of cheeses and fruit salads. It is recommended with swordfish carpaccio, salmon, squid and seafood.
