Like the cream on the milk, this special selection of the Flor de Sal forms as the first layer on the brine and is skimmed off from there by hand every day. In order to preserve the delicate, flaky crystals, Flos Salis® is carefully bottled in exclusively manufactured containers. The pieces of glazed pottery can be seen on every panel. An adequate amount for seasoning summarizes the lid formed as a finger bowl. Flos Salis® is a marine salt produced by craftsmanship and environmental criteria certified by Certiplanet and Natural Food Certifiers kosher and vegan. With its fine mineral bouquet it melts like snow on the tongue - you can not spice it any finer.
