Produced according to the latest knowledge of salt production. Finest crystals were produced in so-called Solar Seal pans. It has been shown that salts produced in this way of extraction contain even more minerals and electrolytes than other salts. The content of minerals, electrolytes and trace elements is estimated at 16%. The Hawaiian Pacific salt was hand-harvested by a Salt Master of the Salt Master Guild of Hawaii.
