Luisenhaller Deep salt, fine

Luisenhall the last still in operation pan Saline Europe is. There is from 450 meters depth concentrated brine - which is fed by an unloaded, primeval sea salt - conveyed and heated in large shallow pans until the salt crystallizes and can be skimmed off. The low-salt is natural, with valuable minerals and trace elements and free from any chemical additives. A classic natural product - and therefore milder than refined salts! Luisenhaller pan salt is obtained in fine grain as finger salt and coarse grain as salt mill salt. Both there and in the nostalgic linen bags, which are modeled on the original Luisenhaller hundredweight sacks. A beautiful gift!
