Made from old Styrian cider apple varieties such as Maschansker, Bohnapfel, Weinler, Rosenapfel and Holzapfel and aged for at least seven years in a small oak barrel. A particularly elegant combination of the delicate, primary apple flavors with the fine, vanilla-like aromas of oak barrels. A balanced, soft fire with a long finish.
