Apricots - Brandy, 43% vol., Magnum bottle, Gölles

For this brand the apricots are pitted before mashing. Only at a late stage is a small part of the stones added again to achieve the typical core tone in an appropriate for this elegant distillate intensity. Our apricot brandy is characterized by a finely floating scent of fully ripe apricots and pronounced, fruit-typical aromas on the palate. The almond tone from the core remains discreetly in the background. Not least because of this, the brand is particularly clear and straightforward and equipped with an intense fruity finish.
