(Currant = currant) Fully ripe currant are made in the distillate of St. John`s from the distillery. A pure natural product from redcurrants with very low sugar intake. Full-bodied and with a nice balance of sweetness and the lively acidity of the currant. Wonderfully suitable for the preparation of long drinks, a valuable ingredient in the flour pastry kitchen and patisserie and of course a pure pleasure.
