First of all, we would like to introduce you to our grandmother, Lady Joseph, without whom none of this would have been possible; the most elegant person we have ever met and certainly the most stubborn. Josephine fell in love with our grandfather one summer in Bordeaux when he was learning to make French wine to bring his production to La Rioja. Our grandmother`s French charm - probably with the help of the magic of the local wine - made him fall at her feet, and two months later they decided to get married and move to Logroño.
Everything happened very quickly and; Although she didn`t speak much on the subject, we always sense that homesickness overcame her when she arrived in her new country - far from home, from her vineyards and her landscapes. But after she recovered, she regained her halo of natural elegance and began to think about making first-class products that could transport her to her native France: in some ways, such as stubbornness, she always seemed more traditional than French. Josephine`s grandchildren wanted to continue the tradition and realize their big dream: to be able to share their wonderful creations with people from all over the world. We preserve his original recipe and his good work, as well as the world of dreams and memories that we wanted to capture in our cookie collection.
